  • Buy your Chicbythelayers hair worry-free! We understand choosing to wear hair and investing in a wig or topper are big decisions. It is our hope that you find your dream hair and have full confidence in owning the wig or topper that is right for you. It is for this reason we offer a 7 day trial at home of our pieces. Love it or send it back for a full refund or exchange – so long as the lace is not cut and it is returned unaltered.

  • Yes, you will pay the full cost of your Chicbythelayers wig or hair topper at the time of purchase. If you return the wig or hair topper, we will reimburse you in full so long as the lace front is not cut and the piece is returned in its original condition. If you choose to use one of our financing options (Afterpay), they will refund you based on your agreement and the number of installments you have made with the financial institution.

  • Your 7 day home trial starts on the date your Chicbythelayers wig or hair topper is delivered.

  • If the Chicbythelayers wig or hair topper you purchased is not right for you, please repackage it in the materials provided. Use the pre-paid shipping label to return the piece to our main office at 85 N 3rd street Brooklyn,NY 11249 The wig or hair topper must be exchanged / returned with the lace front uncut/not altered and the tags must be included in order to receive a full refund or qualify for an exchange.

  • There is extra lace at the front hair line of lace front wigs. This gives the front of the wig a realistic, seamless hair line and must be carefully cut once you choose to keep the piece. At the time of purchase, the lace front is fully intact. DO NOT cut the lace front unless you are 100% certain you will keep the wig. If the lace is cut, we CAN NOT issue a full refund or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Do not cut the protective lace in the wig this is security for new wigs so you know it has never been worn. If the protective lace is cut the return will not be eligible.

    What is the protective lace? It’s the lace attached to the cap underneath the HD lace frontal or closure

  • Any items with the lace front cut or lace front altered in any way may not be returned. Worn items or items containing any signs of wear including odor or styling products may not be returned. Damaged packaging or product without tags will not be eligible for exchange / return. It is at the sole discretion of the Chicbythelayers quality control department to deem items eligible or ineligible for exchange / return.
